No password recovery option?

I made an account with Muzy a very long time ago & recently discovered old pictures that I dont want up on the internet anymore. Im trying to log into that account to delete the pictures but cant recall my password. How is there no password recovery option ? I remember the email used so thatd be a perfect solution to my problem. I also havent seen any contact info for Muzy.
